Key point
ETA applications are non-refundable and non-transferable.Once an application is submitted, processed and paid for, you cannot cancel the transaction and the payment is non-refundable. Please make sure you enter your details correctly.
If you make a mistake, correct it before confirming. Once you confirm, a non-refundable service fee is charged.
If you discover a mistake later, you will have to resubmit the application and pay the fee again.
How to avoid mistakes
- Before submitting, carefully check that your name, passport number, date of birth and arrival date match your passport.
- Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity remaining, or the visa may be refused.
- If you're unsure whether your details are correct, email service@eta.lk first.
