We offer a refund guarantee. How much you get back depends on your nationality and the reason (refusal or a missed timeline).If your visa is refused
- For applicants from fee-free nationalities: if your visa is refused, you receive a volle Rückerstattung — no paperwork required.
- For nationalities that must pay a visa fee: due to Sri Lanka Department of Immigration policy, refusals are non-refundable.
If we miss the promised timeline
- For fee-free nationalities: if we do not issue your ETA within the promised timeline, you receive a volle Rückerstattung.
- For nationalities that must pay a visa fee: if we miss the promised timeline, you receive a $30 partial refund.
The refund guarantee does not cover applications refused because of details you entered incorrectly. Once an application is submitted and paid for it enters processing and cannot be cancelled or changed, so please check your details carefully before confirming.
So vermeiden Sie Fehler
- Überprüfen Sie vor dem Absenden sorgfältig, ob Ihr Name, Ihre Passnummer, Ihr Geburtsdatum und Ihr Ankunftsdatum mit Ihrem Reisepass übereinstimmen.
- Ihr Reisepass muss noch mindestens 6 Monate gültig sein, andernfalls kann das Visum abgelehnt werden.
